Returns

We accept returns within 7-14 days of the delivery date
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item.
If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48–72 hours. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1–2 hours of purchase. After that window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
